- Dissolves Bilge grease & oil.
BW50 Bilge Wash works by dissolving the crud, grease and oil build up that collects in the boats hull. BW50 Bilge Cleaner will break down the oils, mould and bacteria which is then suspended in the solution which then allows it all to be pump out for safe disposal.
Salt Free BUSTER50 can be used in the bilge to help control salt corrosion once the bilge is clean.
NOTE: DO NOT pump waste overboard, turn off your bilge pump prior to commencing the cleaning process.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Turn off your bilge pump before commencing the bilge cleaning process. If the vessel has staff, tag the bilge switch so it will not be turned on in error and contaminated waste is then discharged overboard. NOTE: Keep bilge ventilated.
2. Pour BW50 into bilge area and scour. Use a brush or broom for hard to reach areas.
3. If you can gain access, check and clean limber holes as they become encrusted with grease, oil and marine impurities.
4. Once BW50 has been applied to all bilge areas allow sufficient time for the cleaner to work before pumping the bilge waste to a disposal containment tank for safe disposal.
5. Rinse the bilge area well and pump out as in step 4.
6. Salt Free Buster50 can be used in the bilge to help control salt corrosion once the bilge is clean.

- DIESEL TREATMENT
TREAT IT concentrate treatment is formulated to control bacterial growth and sludge in diesel fuel tanks. The product will disperse existing sludge, kill fungi and bacteria thus preventing new sludge formulation, disperse small quantities of water, and inhibit corrosion in fuel tanks and lines.
TREAT IT is equally effective in bulk storage tanks and vehicle fuel tanks. It prevents plugging of fuel lines and gum formation on injector nozzles leading to a more complete combustion of the fuel. This means reduced deposits in the combustion chamber, and a cleaner exhaust with less smoke. The product contains combustible organic material, contains no metals and is ashless.
APPLICATION: The normal maintenance dosage rate is 1 litre per 1000 litres of fuel. This can be reduced to as little as 1 litre per 3000 litres of fuel where the system is already clean and suffers low levels of bacterial contamination. Higher dosage rates of up to 10 litres per 1000 litres fuel may be used in extreme cases of bacterial or sludge contamination. The product should be added to the tank prior to the addition of fuel, and for larger installations a proportional dosage pump may be used to ensure compete mixing.
Available in 500ml and 250ml concentrate
